Catherine Parks

Solicitor

Catherine graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws/Arts (History). After graduation Catherine worked for a large Family Law firm in Parramatta, developing her skills in property and children’s law.

Catherine moved to Canberra in 2003, completing a 1 year cadetship with the Attorney Generals Department. Catherine worked in the Family Law unit on the development of international child and spousal maintenance law and international child abduction law. Catherine then returned to Sydney and commenced employment with a large city-based firm as a solicitor working in both the Family and Children’s Court.

Catherine has been exclusively based in Western Sydney since 2006 and has worked extensively with both private and legally aided clients. Catherine is passionate about finding child focused solutions for families and in assisting her clients in achieving the best results possible in both Children's Court and Family Law matters.

Louise Coady

Solicitor

Louise completed her Bachelor Of Law at Sydney University in 1992 and since admission has practised exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Child Protection through the Children's Court of NSW.

Focusing on these areas of law Louise commenced private practise in 2009 in Western Sydney. Louise is passionate about creating personal solutions for family law issues focusing on a resolution which is achievable and realistic. Louise has solid experience in children's matter, property, mediation, alternate Dispute Resolution and Binding Financial Agreements.

Prior to priviate practise Louise worked with the Aboriginal Legal Service and Legal Aid NSW in the areas of Family law and Childrens Court. While at Legal Aid NSW Louise established and delivered family legal services to Aboriginal clients in Western Sydney through community based relationships.

Louise also participates in education of community groups, including presenting at the Second National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Conference,in the areas of representation of Indigenous clients and dispute resolution.
